Resort ambassadors have recently received the much sought after Annual Award of Excellence 2011 which relates to the high standards of cuisine and service at Turnberry.
Wedding menus at Turnberry are created to match individual tastes and all can be sampled prior to the big day and at a rehearsal dinner before hand. From a simple, elegant canapé selection to a lavish wedding breakfast, all served with the finest wines and champagnes, this most special of occasions will have an epicurean experience to match.

Starters
- Oak smoked Scottish salmon with pink grapefruit and potato salad
- Terrine of game with pickled vegetable salad and Marchioness chutney
- Cream of celeriac and truffle soup (V)
Main Courses
- Seared sea bream, parmeiter potato, beetroot, ruby chard, black olive and capers
- Individual shoulder of lamb, boulangaire potatoes, ratatouille nicoise & rosemary jus
- Butternut squash risotto with braised shallots, rocket, broad beans and parmesan shavings (V)
Desserts
- Chocolate Marquis with mint chocolate chip ice cream
- Raspberry cranachan posset with vanilla shortbread
- White chocolate Glayva mousse with redcurrant coulis
